The main difference between our design intensives is number of pages, project timeline, sarategy and number of design assets delivered upon handoff. 

Design intensives are primarily for new(ish) business owners that want to have a cohesive services based brand/website to sell their offers. You need strong foundations that gives your business the cohesion it needs to make more sales.

Custom projects are for business owners that are ready to invest in the growth & scalability of their brand with completely custom design across all consumer touchpoints. Our custom projects have the potential to include booking & scheduling integrations, learning management systems for courses, branded PDF's, social media templates, long form sales pages, and so much more! It also includes extra days to allow us more time for feedback, revisions, and additional (more advanced) designs.

No you will not need to be ready every single day. However, you'll want to make sure you're frequently checking your emails for design concept presentations, questions and feedback requests.

We'll typically jump on a call once at the beginning of the project for strategy and once at the end of the project for handoff. In between, you'll have the option to give feedback via message, Loom recordings, voice notes, or you'll have the option to book a call.

Absolutely! We know this is a big and exciting investment for your business. I want to make sure we make it as easy as possible for you to say “Yes!” and get started on your transformation. To help with this, we automatically a 25%/month payment plan for custom projects. If you need a longer payment plan, then let us know and we'll find a way to make it happen!

With an international family (split between the US, UK & Asia), a remote business, and clients worldwide — my timezone sometimes changes throughout the year. I can accommodate US, UK & AUS time zones, but sometimes this means meeting in the evenings/early mornings. Please keep this in mind before booking your project! Yes, you will need to pay for a Squarespace or Kajabi subscription, as well as your domain.

• Squarespace business plans start at ~$23/month
• Kajabi plans start at ~$119/month
• Domains start at ~$12/year.

If you need any other integrations such as booking software or email marketing tools, you'll also be responsible for those subscriptions. 

We design in both Squarespace and Kajabi for its ease-of-use upon handoff. We believe that you should have full control over making website updates for as long as you’re in business!

Squarespace is a drag-and-drop builder that’s great for landing pages. We typically recommend this platform for service providers, coaches & business owners that need simple sales page solutions, are new to business and don’t need all the fancy extras of Kajabi.

Kajabi is for coaches/course creators ready to invest in an all-in-one marketing platform and learning management system. On Kajabi you can design websites, send marketing emails, host your courses, set up checkout pages, and so much more! We require at least 2 weeks in advance to allow enough time to gather content for your website and complete all the prep work leading up to your design week.

Please note: we only offer a handful of custom projects per month, so our next available start date might be a few weeks/months in advance. If you have a tight deadline, be sure to mention that in your application! We will do what we can to get you squeezed into our schedule and accommodate your launch date!

Voxer is a cool walkie-talkie-type app that we will use for communication during your Design Week. It allows for quick communication back-and-forth so we don’t miss a beat!
